Warranty Policies
Warranty coverage does not apply in the event of accidental damage, liquid damage, or other extraordinary circumstances contributing to a hardware failure that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
Warranty on Repair Services
Computer Repairs
Hardware replacement:
- New computer components and accessories come with a 1 year warranty. Some items may have additional manufacturer warranties.
- New and used laptop chargers come with a 1 year warranty.
- Laptop and proprietary desktop motherboard replacements come with a 90 day warranty.
- All other hardware used in repairs or tickets (palmrests, fans, components, etc) come with a 1 year warranty.
- Used computer components and accessories come with a 1 year warranty.
Microsoldering
Microsoldering work will have a one year warranty unless otherwise noted in the ticket.
Warranty on Custom Built Computers
2 years warranty on parts and labor. Client is responsible for getting the unit to us.
Warranty on Refurbished Computers
All used computers are sold AS-IS. Labor for the repair or replacement of failed hardware is covered for one year. Parts are not covered. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR FOR PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE. Customer signs on invoice that they are agreeing to the condition of the computer upon time of sale.
***NOTE: Liquid or physical damage completely voids any and all warranties.***
Return Policy
We will give you store credit in the first 30 days after purchase on used phones and tablets returned in same condition they were sold.
We will give you store credit in the first 365 days after date of purchase on used computers returned in the same condition they were sold.
New and unused hardware and accessories refunded minus 15% restocking fee. We cannot return opened or used items.
No refunds on services or materials used in repairs.
All sales FINAL unless specified.
